Fast and Secure Delivery
All printing and shipping of my Fine Art Prints are handled by The Print Space with labs in Germany and London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany print labs depending on your location.
Free shipping
Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping is free of charge and typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties.
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Time
Orders usually ship out within 48-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 5-10 working days.
Estimated Average Shipping Times:
- Europe: 3-5 Business Days
- USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
- Rest of the World: Up to 10 Business Days

Return Policy Fine Art Prints
Straight returns (and refunds) are not accepted as these Fine Art Prints are limited edition prints.
Exchange Fine Art Prints
In the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange and we will exchange and deliver the new print within 3-5 business days (for Europe), 7-9 business days (for USA & Canada) and up to 10 business days for the rest of the world. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.
Damaged Products & Replacements
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however, in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace the print for you, completely free of charge within the estimated average shipping times:
- Europe: 3-5 Business Days
- USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
- Rest of the World: Up to 10 Business Days
How to replace your damaged product? Send an email with an image of the package, print, and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to info@kimpaffen.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
We'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
